Digital products — all sales are final

Every item in our shop is a digital knitting or crochet pattern delivered as an instant PDF download. Because these files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned or "unsent" once you have access to them, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

When you complete your purchase, you confirm that you understand you are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately, and that your right of withdrawal ends as soon as the download begins.

Your EU right of withdrawal

For customers in the EU: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download starts, provided you have given your prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and downloading a pattern, you give that consent and acknowledge that you can no longer withdraw from the purchase.

When we will help you

We want you to be happy with your pattern. Please reach out and we'll make it right if:

The file won't download or won't open. We'll send you a working copy.
You received the wrong pattern. We'll send the correct file right away.
You were charged twice for the same pattern. We'll refund the duplicate charge in full.
The pattern has a genuine error. Our patterns are written and tested with care, but if you spot a mistake, tell us — we'll correct it and send you the updated version.

In these cases we'll usually fix the problem by re-sending or correcting the file. A refund is issued only where we can't resolve it another way.

What isn't covered

Because the pattern itself is complete and correct, we can't offer refunds for:

Buying a pattern by mistake, or changing your mind after downloading
Not having the right skill level, yarn, needles, or hook for the project
Difficulty following the instructions (we're happy to help — just ask!)
Expecting a physical product (all our items are digital patterns only — no yarn or finished items are shipped)

Need help with your pattern?

Knitting and crochet are meant to be enjoyable, and a stuck stitch shouldn't ruin that. If something in a pattern is unclear, email us and we'll talk you through it. Our patterns also link to video tutorials on our YouTube channel for many of the techniques.
