SAM is the cozy, protective layer your laptop deserves — made for home-office mornings, library afternoons and weekend trips with your notebook. Worked in thick t-shirt yarn on a 10 mm hook, the dense single-crochet fabric gives a wonderfully padded, cushioned hold that keeps your device snug, while the soft rope-like edge and marled texture look modern and handmade at once.

The sleeve begins with a foundation chain, then one base round worked around both sides with simple corner increases. From there you crochet straight upward in easy spiral rounds — no slip-stitch join and no further increases — so the rhythm stays relaxing all the way to the top.

Because the design is built around a custom-fit formula, you are never locked into a single size. Follow one of the 4 included laptop sizes or calculate your own foundation chain from your laptop's width for a made-to-measure fit. Optional chain ties at the center front and back let you finish with a soft bow closure.
